bulletInstructions: This form is required to collect Enrollment information on applicants for the Services Automated Inspection Systems. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents of the United States, citizens of Canada and Landed Canadian Immigrants who are citizens of British Commonwealth countries are eligible to apply for all programs. Additional eligibility criteria for each program are indicated below:
bulletA. Dedicated Commuter Lane Program - Certain citizens of Mexico and certain non-immigrants.
bulletB. Automated Permit Port Program - Certain non-immigrants.
bulletC. INS PASS Land Border - Holders of Mexican Border Crossing Cards and citizens of Visa Waiver Program countries.
bulletD. INS PASS Airport - Citizens of Visa Waiver Program countries or any other country approved for participation by the Commissioner, INS. Each participant in each program must submit a separate application. Persons under 14 years of age may not enroll in either INS PASS Program.
